16 Beech Street

A wonderful opportunity in the center of Richmond! Walking distance to the schools, parks, and restaurants. This house needs lots of love but the kitchen is already done for you with cherry cabinets and quartz countertops. An eletric stove and dishwasher are also included. An expense you won't need to worry about. This location can't be beat. Quiet living but still close to Augusta, Brunswick, Bath, or Portland. A rare house with four large bedrooms and an additional room for an office. There is one bedroom downstairs and one full bath off the kitchen which houses the laundry machines. A large living room with pocket doors overlooks the front of the house. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with another full bath in the primary. A large deck overlooking the quaint backyard is great for large gatherings and BBQs. An accessible ramp attached to the deck is an esxtra bonus.
