Just down the hallway, is a full bath, large primary bedroom, and guest bedroom. Experience efficient living with the solar array on the house and on the large second garage, adjacent to the house. The indoor climate is controlled by heat pumps. A battery storage unit and a whole house generator are backup for your comfort and inexpensive utility costs in any season.
