187 Flintlock Village Road 1

Looking for a great opportunity in Wells? Come and check out this nicely renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Flintlock Village! One of the few units to have BOTH a sunroom and a patio, the owners made a great decision to remove the sliders to incorporate the sunroom into a year round space! In addition, they added heat pumps downstairs for greater climate control. To round out the improvements, they redid the first floor bathroom and took out the upper cabinets in the kitchen for better flow. Come and see if this could be your next home!
