7 Liberty Street

Every good story needs a good setting, and this one starts on a quiet, dead-end street just a short walk from downtown Bath and the Kennebec River. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with cherry cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Sun filled rooms with wide board wood floors and classic New England trim lead up to the bedrooms with plenty of character. This home has had several upgrades which include new siding, roof shingles, window casings, Honeywell smart furnace and exterior doors. Outside, the yard is larger than what you'll typically find this close to town, with plenty of room to garden, play or entertain. There's also an attached barn with post and beam bones; it's ready for its next use as a studio, workshop, garage or guest studio. With a quiet dead end location and easy walk to downtown Bath's shops, restaurants and riverfront, 7 Liberty Street is a great place to start your next chapter. *Back on the market at no fault of the home*
