Lot 5 Stonecrop Farm Lane

Welcome to Stonecrop Farm, an exclusive 6 home community nestled in a historic, natural setting. The sites were all carefully laid out using natural stone wall boundaries and inherent land characteristics that dictated the best homesites. The community features homes that are architecturally inspired by historical reproduction homes from the early 1900's. The homes that have been constructed thus far have been selected for their historically inspired beauty and appropriateness for each lot. Lot 5 is one of the finest lots in Stonecrop Farm. It offers an elevated panoramic setting with a building envelope that is perched on the top of a hill that will be conducive to a number of different home plans. Stonecrop Farm features underground utilities throughout to ensure the preservation of the stunning, mature wooded landscape. There are a large number of example plans available with the opportunity to bring your own historic influenced design to be approved by the Seller. Don't miss this opportunity to own in one of Eliot's finest neighborhoods!
